Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders to the Continental United States.  We ship very quick.  Most orders ship within 24 hours, and 98% ship within 48 hours.  Currently we offer no standard shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico but will quote on a special order basis.  Please email us at Service@QuestSkinCare.com for a custom quote. 

 

Returns, Exchange and Restocking Conditions

 

Products purchased from QuestSkinCare.com come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange a return for you less the cost of the original shipping. Please contact us at RETURNS@QuestSkinCare.com to arrange the return of the item.  Products must be returned in new (untested, unused and resalable) condition, in the original packaging of the manufacturer, including all accessories, components of the kits, instruction manuals and promotional items.  Products must be returned with prepaid shipping, insured for full value of the product and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

 

Restocking:

 

QuestSkinCare.com does not charge a restocking fee for the return of untested, unopened and unused items if returned within 30 days. The item must be returned in a condition that will allow QuestSkinCare.com to resell it.  We reserve the right to refuse credit for any item that has been damaged, used or misused.  We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of damaged, opened or used products.

 

The restocking fee may be waived if you place a replacement order of equal or greater value at our online store at the time of return, not necessarily for the same item.

Please contact us at RETURNS@QuestSkinCare.com to arrange the exchange of the item within 30 days of purchase. If your shipment arrives with a defect or missing parts please contact us at SERVICE@QuestSkinCare.com, All attempts will be made to replace the defective part speedily and efficiently.  If we are unable to replace the defective/missing part to your satisfaction we will arrange a return.
